CONTROL NUMBER The Control Number can be found on the missing parts form located in the clear plastic package which included the instructions and plans. The control number is located at the bottom of the page and is a 6 digit number. This control number is required for ALL missing parts claims. If the entire clear package is missing from the kit you will need to fax us your receipt for proof of purchase. Receipts can be faxed to 604-271-2296.
